“Hello, I’m Mark Ragoo, and welcome to Copilot Chat for the NHS.

If you work in the NHS, there is a good chance that you already have access to a very capable AI tool through your NHS Account.

You may already be using Copilot to write emails, rewrite documents or summarise text.

But in this course, I want to show you how much further you can take it.

We are going to use Copilot with real professional workflows.

You’ll see how to upload and analyse a meeting paper, combine a paper with an agenda to prepare for a meeting, understand and query a long NHS policy, and extract the important information from a PowerPoint presentation.

We’ll also look at the information-governance boundaries you need to understand before using it for work.

This is a practical course. There is very little theory. I’ll show you the workflows on screen so that you can start using them yourself.

The technology is already available to you.

This course is about learning what you can actually do with it.”
